Eligibility: We accept returns within 14 days of you receiving your order for non-personalised orders.

Personalised items are not returnable unless faulty.

How to Return: Please contact us before sending any item back so we can confirm the correct returns address.

Return Costs: Buyers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty.

Condition of Returns: Items must be returned in their original, unused, and saleable condition, including all original packaging.

Faulty Items: If the item is faulty please contact us prior to returning the item and send photos clearly showing the fault.  For items which are confirmed as faulty we will send you a returns label.  Please note that if you return the item using your own shipping label we may not be able to refund the return shipping cost.

Shipping Method: We strongly recommend using a tracked delivery service to ensure the item reaches us safely.

Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 48 hours of receiving your return. If the item is returned damaged (unless it was previously confirmed by us as faulty), we reserve the right to withhold part or all of the refund.

International Returns: For returns from outside the UK, a 30% restocking fee (based on the purchase price) will be deducted from the refund.
